Following extensive customer feedback, and after working closely with our on-site landlord, we've made the decision to revamp our Santa's Grotto Experience for 2026. Due to our unique location and space constraints, we've completely redesigned our family festive attraction to be more intimate — offering a smoother, more magical Christmas adventure for you and your little ones.

All your favourites remain — the Naughty Elf, Mrs Christmas, our resident Magic Elf and, of course, the Big Man himself — but we've rethought the journey from start to finish for a more streamlined quest to Lapland. And the best news? We've dropped our prices for 2026 — now just £14.95 per child, down from £27 last year!

Your Grotto Journey

We're so excited to announce the return of our famous Santa's Grotto and interactive Christmas Experience! Our elves have been working extra hard this year to bring you an even more magical experience for the whole family.

On arrival, your family group will be checked in by one of our super-friendly elves, who'll explain how your journey works. Marvel at our resident Magician, who leads the first part of the experience and keeps you entertained as you travel through our custom-built arena.

Watch out for the Naughty Elf! Back by popular demand, he'll do his best to distract and detain you — and convince your little ones that the Good List is not the place to be. Take heed of his advice as you journey onwards!

Next, your group will meet Mrs Christmas, where the children will have dedicated time to write their letters to Santa — before finally meeting Father Christmas himself. Every family gets individual time with Father Christmas, and there are plenty of opportunities to capture the perfect festive photo on your own camera. Then it's on to Santa's Sorting Office, where children collect their gifts — assuming they've made the Good List, of course!

New for this year: hop aboard Santa's sleigh alongside his singing reindeer for the perfect festive photo — now completely free of charge, snapped on your own phone or camera. Plus, get into the festive spirit with extra activities such as making reindeer food to take home.

Every paying child receives a gift from Santa for making it onto the Good List!

Ticket Pricing — now lower than last year!

• Children: £14.95 per child (down from £27 in 2025!) — please note ALL children under 16 are chargeable

• Adults: one FREE adult place with every child ticket

• Additional adults: £5.00 each

• Babies (under 12 months): FREE with the purchase of at least 1 child ticket (no gift included with baby tickets)

A booking fee applies at checkout. All bookings are sealed with North Pole magic, making them non-refundable.

Booking Slots

Your chosen time slot has a 10-minute entry window, and the full experience lasts approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Please note: there is a maximum of 4 children per 15-minute slot. For groups with more than 4 children, please book adjoining time slots so your party can be accommodated together.

To ensure a smooth passage to the wonderland that awaits, please arrive 5 minutes before your booking slot.
